    3. Official transcripts from each college or university attended. Official transcripts are in a sealed envelope from the institution.
    4. Official Evaluation of all foreign transcripts is required. Transcripts must be evaluated by one of the following agencies. Evaluations

    A. Evaluation Service, Inc.
    B. Josef Silney & Associates, Inc.
    C. World Education Services (WES)
    D. SpanTran: The Evaluation Company, KSU Link for Request

We recommend SpanTran as they are about half the cost of WES and have a 10 day turnaround time.  They can pay for a 5 day turnaround time as well.  WES usually takes 3 – 5 weeks unless they pay even more for a fast turnaround time.

The agency can send evaluation eletronically or by mail.

    • Electronic copy should be sent to ksugrad@kennesaw.edu.
    • Hard copy can be mailed to: Kennesaw State University Office of Graduate Admissions, 3391 Town Point Drive, MD 9109, Kennesaw, GA 30144

If you are applying in your last semester of your undergraduate study, the applicant order an evaluation now and then again after they graduate to ensure that the graduate college can process their applications.  The applicants can and try to order a rush evaluation, however if it gets held up for any reason, the we will not be able to make a decision on their application.  If we receive one now, you can review and make a decision.  We can place a hold on the account blocking registration until the final one is here but at least they will have their decision.
